Registration service

• On-site registration :

Monday to Friday: 08:30-11:00, 13:30-15:30

The Clinic is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

• First visit registration

Pet owners ID card or a deposit of $500 is required. Deposit will be returned in one month with ID. Otherwise will not be accepted by registered.

• Registration appointment

Only the referral and outpatient appointment within two weeks of registration since the next day are qualified.

Morning:  register before 10:30

Afternoon:  register before 15:00
